Spotlight on Westmoreland - dŌ Wood Fired

by westernpahomes-comJuly 11, 2019

Hi, my name is Adam Slivka. I’m a local real estate agent in the Westmoreland County area and in my series “Spotlight on Westmoreland” I’ll be showcasing local businesses and just cool places around Westmoreland county. If you’re new to the area hopefully this will help you discover all the great places that you should definitely visit. If you’re a long time resident perhaps this will give you an insight into a local business you may have been curious about or never knew existed. In episode 11, I visit David Caruso one of the owners of dO wood fired in Irwin. Pronounced /dōugh/, dŌ wood-fired’s core value is giving people the creative power to have what they want at an affordable price. The restaurant is a fast-casual and comfortable, BYOB, wood-fried specialty restaurant that welcomes all. The dŌ wood-fired experience offers an urban, downtown feel, where rustic meets modern. The atmosphere is noted by patrons to be fresh, warm, and inviting. Visit them at 213 5th street, Irwin PA 15642.
